• Data that our customers store in the Qrynto Tech platform, including patient, sample and report data, which we process on their behalf.

• To reply to enquiries and arrange demos.
• To provide, maintain and support the platform for our customers.
• To improve our website and services.

Patient data

Patient data entered by a laboratory belongs to that laboratory. We process it only to provide the service. It is encrypted in transit, protected by role-based access and backed up daily. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run the platform, such as hosting and messaging services, or where the law requires it.
